Processing Centers

DDA has opened 10 Processing Centers for examining the applications of the residents of Unauthorized Colonies, which are submitted on the PM-UDAY portal and for Execution of Conveyance Deeds or Issuance of Authorization Slips. The officials deployed in these Centers will examine the applications and after due approval by the Competent Authority, execute the Conveyance Deeds and issue Authorization Slips after verifying the Original Documents in the presence of two witnesses.

In the entire process of conferring/recognizing the property rights, this is the only step where the Applicant has to visit the DDA Center. Rest all the processes can be done through the PM-UDAY E-Portal.
